Audi r10

The Audi R10 TDI, usually abbreviated to R10, is a racing car from the German car manufacturer Audi. The car is a classic at Le Mans, winning every year since its introduction until it was replaced by the R15. It is designed and constructed for sports car racing in the Le Mans Prototype LMP1 class of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, and other similar endurance races. The car was unveiled 13 December 2005 at 12:00 CET, and went on to win both its maiden race at the 2006 12 Hours of Sebring in March, and the June 2006 24 Hours of Le Mans.

It was the first diesel powered car to win either of those events. This is the most ambitious and the most expensive project ever undertaken by Audi Sport; the Audi R10 TDI project costs Audi $15 million a year.

Daewoo Lanos

The Daewoo Lanos was a subcompact car manufactured by the Korean automaker Daewoo Motor from 1997 to 2002, and from 1997 to 2008 made under a license agreement by the Fabryka Samochodów Osobowych (FSO) in Poland, marketed as FSO Lanos, and assembled in Ukraine in modified versions known as Daewoo Sens and Chevrolet Lanos.

For a brief period, it was also assembled by TagAZ in Russia, marketed as Doninvest Assol. The Lanos was designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro and featured three body styles - 3-door and 5-door hatchbacks and a 4-door sedan. Lanos was designed to replace Daewoo Nexia in the Daewoo lineup and was itself replaced by Daewoo Kalos.

Daewoo Matiz Latest Cars Review

The Daewoo Matiz is a city car produced by the South Korean automaker GM Daewoo, marketed worldwide since 1998 when it replaced the Daewoo Tico. It is available solely as a five-door hatchback with two engine configurations. The Matiz was originally designed by Italdesign Giugiaro, and has received two facelifts. Various generations of the car have been sold under both Daewoo and various GM brands, and have been manufactured and marketed under license agreements by local automakers in several countries. The Matiz was built between 1998 and 2008 over 2,3 millions units in the world.

The Matiz was at the center of a 2006 international intellectual property rights controversy, with the design of the M100 copied outright by Chinese manufacturer Chery in its QQ.

2011 Daewoo Cars Cool Images

The history of the Daewoo car manufacturing company dates back some time ago, but Daewoo made their debut in the United States of America in 1999 with three different models of cars, the Lanos, Nubira and Leganza. The Daewoo cars have had their share of positive and negative reviews over the last few years, leading us to wonder just what a Daewoo has to offer potential drivers and whether these cars are worth purchasing used. The reviews that are discussed in this article are based on the models ranging from the years 1999 thru 2002.

Some reviews of the Daewoo Lanos have been both positive and some negative. To start with, most people seem to agree on the positive features the Lanos offer, including the great gas mileage and low end sticker price. Most say that for the money you pay you get a great in town car that is very fuel efficient. Although compact, this car has been said to offer great handling and decent power for a smaller engine and many love its sportier looking body style. Some negative comments made about the Lanos have been that the car does not go very fast, with the average top speeds maxing out in the 90-95 mph range and that replacement parts for these cars can be quite expensive.

The reviews of the Daewoo Nubira seem to be pretty equal when it comes to positives and negatives. Most people love the look of the Nubira saying it looks like a higher end vehicle with a lower end price tag. A lot of people brag about the interior of the car being spacious and comfortable. The gas mileage is once again raved about right along with the Lanos. Some complaints have been that the exterior paint is not the best quality therefore chipping, pealing and scratching easily and the horn is very quiet and was even compared to sounding like a toy. Again, parts for this car are expensive and difficult to replace.

Daewoo Cars Review

Daewoo (Korean for "Great Universe") or the Daewoo Group was a major South Korean chaebol (conglomerate). It was founded on 22 March 1967 as Daewoo Industrial and was dismantled by the Korean government in 1999. Prior to the Asian Financial Crisis of 1998, Daewoo was the second largest conglomerate in Korea after Hyundai Group, followed by LG Group and Samsung Group. There were about 20 divisions under the Daewoo Group, some of which survive today as independent companies.

Toyota Supra Twin Turbo

The Toyota Supra is a sports car/grand tourer that was produced by Toyota Motor Company from 1979 to 2002. The styling of the Toyota Supra was derived from the Toyota Celica, but it was both longer and wider. Starting in mid-1986, the Supra (in its third generation, Mark III) became its own model and was no longer based on the Celica. In turn, Toyota also stopped using the prefix Celica and began just calling the car Supra. Due to the similarity and past of the Celica's name, it is frequently mistaken for the Toyota Supra, and vice versa.

Bmw X6 Perfect cars

Based very closely on the popular X6 Concept, BMW first launched the X6 coupe-crossover for the 2009 model year, calling it a "Sport Activity Coupe." Along with the wild exterior comes an all-new twin-turbo V8 that will find its way into other new BMWs in the coming years.
is the first automaker to bring such an SUV to market, although other automakers are said to be planning similar coupe-like utility vehicles. Land Rover, for example, recently unveiled its LRX coupe-crossover concept.

Compared with the concept, very little has changed. In fact, you'll have a hard time noticing any differences at all. The only obvious design tweak was made to the crossover's side windows. On the concept, the B- and C-pillars are not visible, but on the production car they clearly divide up the glass.

Even the X6's complex front fender design made it to production. Each front quarter panel surrounds the entire headlamp, creating a very seamless appearance. The X6's aggressive front fascia is also carried over from the concept, with its large air intakes and stylish fog lamps.

Daring design

As the photos show, the X6 is anything but a conservative design.

The X6's roofline begins arching downward after the B-pillar and continues plunging right to the X6's rising waistline. As a result, second-row headroom and rear cargo volume are both compromised.

The new X6 is longer and lower than the new X5, seating only four. But what the sporty X6 loses in seating and storage, it gains in performance.

Compared to the X5, the X6 has almost an inch of additional wheelbase length, and two inches of added width. The overall height of the X6 is a whopping 3.3 inches lower than that of the X5.

All-new twin-turbocharged V8
The range-topping X6 xDrive50i is propelled by an all-new twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 unit producing 400 horsepower at 5500 rpm and 446 pound-feet of torque between 1750 rpm and 4500 rpm. The sprint to 62 mph takes just 5.4 seconds and fuel economy is estimated at around 19 mpg (U.S. gallons).

The engine is designed as a replacement to the company's current 4.8-liter naturally-aspirated V8. It is expected to filter into other models like the 5-Series, 6-Series and 7-Series in the near future.

The engine seems to represent the second stage in a shift at BMW from high-displacement naturally-aspirated motors to slightly smaller turbocharged powerplants. BMW's twin-turbo 3.0-liter engine that powers the 335i and 135i has been met with overwhelmingly positive reviews, and it appears BMW is hoping for similar results with its new V8.

The X6's other engine is also a twin-turbo setup. The xDrive35i comes with the aforementioned 3.0-liter inline-six from the 335i, producing 300 horsepower.

New Carlsson Images

Carlsson is the german tuning company specialized in modifying Mercedes Benz models. They wanted to improve the Mercedes SL CK63 RS and with more performance, a complete aerodynamics kit, fine leather in the car’s interior and an exclusive varnish their final result is a masterpiece. The car’s engine has the same cubic capacity but after a couple of improvements it could develop up to 600 HP instead of the serial 525 HP. The maximum torque also rises from 630 Nm at 5,200 rpm to 705 Nm at 5,100 rpm. After this power refinement the car could accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.1 seconds and it’s half a second faster than the AMG model.

The 250 km/h speed limit was also lifted and this ride could reach a respectable 325 km/h top speed. To improve the car’s aerodynamics the guys from Carlsoon made a special kit with a new front and rear diffuser made of polyurethane and a lot of carbon fiber elements which direct the air flow for the best road grip. The car’s stability and road holding got beter with the electronic lowering kit C-Tronic Suspension by Carlsson combined with the ABC sports running gear by AMG. This brings the Mercedes SL CK63 RS lower with up to 30 millimeters and with the new aerodynamics and high performance brakes this ride would handle really well at high speeds.

The car impresses with its breathtaking varnish called Stealth Titanium Graphite which is probably the most matt black color ever produced. Carlsson got help from the expert for varnishes Standox from Wuppertal and they made a lovely job together. Apart from the new paint job, body kit and performance upgrades Carlsson also equipped this CK63 RS with a new stylish interior. The seat sides, the inner lining of the doors and the cockpit hood scoop are made of charcoal colored ultra suede. The car mats and headrests are made from soft velour which is adormed with the Carlsson horse. Probably the most exciting change for this ride are the gull-wing RS doors which open the path for any customer to a car unique in the world. After the driver steps over the door he can see a light ornamental seam which renders an elegant contrast in the car’s interior and an illuminated manufacturer logo.

The price? It might seem extremely expensive but we’re sure this car is worth every penny. Carlsson offer this new model for 272,500 Euro.
